ولد في مدينة بغداد  1955.
يكتب الدراسة والمقالة الأدبية والأبحـــاث الطويلة .
نشر مقالاته الأولى في المجلات والصحف السورية والعربية. عضو في جمعية الدراسات والبحوث  ، في اتحاد الكتاب العرب متخصص في التاريخ والتراث العباسي.
أسس النادي الثقافي العربي بجامعة الصداقة بين الشعوب في موسكو عام 1996.
أسس المنتدى الثقافي العراقي في موسكو عام 2003.
