تقرير حول المشاركة في أعمال المؤتمر الدولي الثالث والمشاركة في رئاسة جلسة ضمن المؤتمر الدولي الرابع – الحمامات / تونس – حزيران 2025

بتكليف من الأستاذ الدكتور وليد ناجي الحيالي، ونيابةً عنه، مثّلتُ الأكاديمية العربية في الدنمارك في أعمال كل من:

  1. المؤتمر الدولي الثالث: قضايا ومشاكل التنمية في الوطن العربي – تشخيص الواقع واستشراف المستقبل، المنعقد يومي 22 و23 حزيران / يونيو 2025.
  2. المؤتمر الدولي الرابع: الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية – التحولات، التحديات والآفاق، المنعقد بتاريخ 24 حزيران / يونيو 2025.

وقد أُقيم المؤتمران في مدينة الحمامات – الجمهورية التونسية، بتنظيم مشترك بين كل من:

  • مركز النخلة للدراسات والبحوث – الجزائر
  • جامعة صبراتة – ليبيا
  • الأكاديمية العربية في الدنمارك

المشاركة العلمية:

في اليوم الثاني من أعمال المؤتمر الثالث، الموافق الاثنين 23 حزيران 2025، قدّمتُ بحثًا علميًا مشتركًا مع الأستاذ الدكتور وليد ناجي الحيالي، بعنوان:

“التنمية البشرية المستدامة أساس التنمية الشاملة: وجهات نظر – العراق نموذجًا”

وقد تضمن العرض شرحًا تفصيليًا باستخدام برنامج PowerPoint، حيث لاقى البحث اهتمامًا بالغًا من قبل المشاركين، ونال العرض المصاحب استحسان الحضور. كما طُرحت أسئلة ومداخلات علمية من قِبل عدد من الباحثين، تولّيتُ الإجابة عنها بما يعكس عمق الموضوع وواقعيته ضمن السياق العراقي والعربي.

رئاسة جلسة علمية:

شاركتُ كذلك في المؤتمر الدولي الرابع بصفتي رئيس الجلسة العلمية الثالثة، المنعقدة بتاريخ 24 حزيران 2025، والتي تناولت موضوعات متعددة حول الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاته في ميدان العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية. وقد تميزت الجلسة بتنوع المحاور وغنى المداخلات العلمية، ما أضفى عليها طابعًا تفاعليًا مميزًا.

المشاركون:

شارك في أعمال المؤتمرين أكثر من خمسين باحثًا من دول عربية عدة، من بينها:

الجزائر ـ فلسطين ـ ليبيا ـ العراق ـ الدنمارك

ومثّل المشاركون مؤسسات أكاديمية وبحثية مرموقة، منها:

  • جامعة صبراتة – ليبيا
  • مركز النخلة للدراسات والبحوث – الجزائر
  • الأكاديمية العربية في الدنمارك

وقد تميزت البحوث المقدمة بمستوى رفيع من الدقة العلمية والأصالة الفكرية، قُدّمت باللغات: العربية، والإنجليزية، والفرنسية.

الأجواء العامة:

سادت أعمال المؤتمرين أجواء علمية جادة ومثمرة، تخللتها روح التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين الباحثين. كما نُسجت أواصر علاقات أكاديمية ومهنية، وتبادل المشاركون عناوين التواصل، إلى جانب التقاط صور تذكارية توثق هذا الحدث العلمي المتميز.

Report on Participation in the Third International Conference and Chairing a Session in the Fourth International Conference – Hammamet / Tunisia – June 2025

Title: Representative of the Arab Open Academy in Denmark

At the request of Professor Dr. Waleed Naji Al-Hayali, and on his behalf, I represented the Arab Open Academy in Denmark in the activities of the following conferences:

  1. The Third International Conference: Issues and Challenges of Development in the Arab World – Diagnosing the Present and Envisioning the Future, held on June 22–23, 2025.
  2. The Fourth International Conference: Artificial Intelligence in Social and Human Sciences – Transformations, Challenges, and Prospects, held on June 24, 2025.

Both conferences were held in Hammamet, Tunisia, and jointly organized by:

  • Nakhlah Center for Studies and Research – Algeria
  • Sabratha University – Libya
  • The Arab Open Academy in Denmark

Scientific Participation:

On the second day of the Third International Conference, Monday, June 23, 2025, I presented a joint research paper with Professor Dr. Waleed Naji Al-Hayali, entitled:

“Sustainable Human Development as a Foundation for Comprehensive Development: Perspectives – Iraq as a Model”

The presentation included a detailed explanation supported by a PowerPoint presentation. The research received considerable interest from the participants and the accompanying presentation was well-received. Several questions and scholarly comments were raised by attending researchers, to which I responded in a manner that reflected the depth and realism of the topic within both the Iraqi and Arab contexts.

Session Chairing:

I also participated in the Fourth International Conference as the Chair of the Third Scientific Session, held on June 24, 2025, which addressed various topics related to the applications of artificial intelligence in the field of social and human sciences. The session was marked by a rich variety of topics and engaging academic discussions, contributing to its dynamic and interactive nature.

Participants:

More than fifty researchers from several Arab countries took part in both conferences, including:

  • Algeria
  • Palestine
  • Libya
  • Iraq
  • Denmark

Participants represented distinguished academic and research institutions, such as:

  • Sabratha University – Libya
  • Nakhlah Center for Studies and Research – Algeria
  • The Arab Open Academy in Denmark

The research papers presented were characterized by a high level of scientific rigor and intellectual originality, and were delivered in Arabic, English, and French.

General Atmosphere:

The conferences were conducted in a serious and productive academic atmosphere, marked by a spirit of cooperation and exchange of expertise among the participants. Academic and professional relationships were established, and contact information was exchanged. Commemorative photos were taken to document this distinguished scientific event.
